Top Ten Tuesday: Huskies women's hockey remains #1, women's volleyball ranked #9
Congratulations to the SMU Huskies women's hockey and women's volleyball teams for once again appearing in this week's U SPORTS Top 10 rankings.
The Huskies women's hockey remains ranked #1 in the country for the second straight week.
In a pair of games this past weekend, the Huskies defeated the #8 ranked UNB REDS 2-1, and lost on the road to the UPEI Panthers 4-2.
The Huskies finish the 2021 calendar year atop the AUS standings with a 12-2-1 record and will be back in action on Wednesday, Jan. 5, as they host the #4 ranked St. FX-Women at the Dauphinee Centre.

Huskies women's volleyball dropped one spot in the national rankings, from #8 last week to #9 this week. The Huskies did not play this week, and will return to the court on Saturday, Jan. 15, as they host the Memorial Sea-Hawks at the Homburg Centre.
Saint Mary's finished the fall semester atop the AUS standings with an 8-1 record.
