(Wollfville, NS) In the first men's basketball pre-season weekend, Saint Mary's captured the Stu Aberdeen tournament hosted by Acadia University.
The Huskies defeated the Axemen 95-89 in the final game to win three straight. On day one, they posted a 88-75 win over York and on day two won 75-66 over Manitoba.
The Huskies travel to UPEI this weekend for three exhibtion games for CBU, Ottawa and PEI.
