SMU Open Results
(Hallifax, NS) The Huskies Track and Field team competed in their annual home meet this weekend. The SMU Open served as the last open meet for the team before they head to Moncton for the AUS Championships in two weeks.
The Huskies performed very well amongst a large contingent of AUS competitors from most of the major universities.
Top performers include: Dominic Collie who finished 4th in the men's 300m in a time of 36.44, Ashley Murray in the woman's triple jump with a jump of 10.27m, Christopher Pye in the men's 60m hurdles with a time of 10.00 seconds, Jonathan Peverill in the men's 3000m with a time of 9:12.96 and Samantha Fader in the woman's 3000m in 11:01
Up next for the Huskies is the AUS Championship in Moncton at UdeM, February 24-25.
