Bio

Lisa MacLean is originally from Inverness, Nova Scotia. Lisa played in the AUS for 5 years from 2013-2018.  She began coaching in 2018 with Metro West Female Hockey association where she coached at the U15 AAA level for two seasons. Most recently she was an assistant coach at the U18 AAA  level with the Bussey Auto Brokers Penguins for the past two seasons.  Lisa also has been involved with Hockey Nova Scotia’s High Performance program,  being a head coach at the U16 level and an assistant coach at the U18 level.  

Prior to her coaching career, Lisa was a perennial AUS All-Star and captain while at Dalhousie University from 2013 to 2018 where she graduated with a degree in Business Management. Lisa is a now a full-time member of the Halifax Regional Police.
