Howarth and Repaci named Athletes of the Week

Hockey's Kaitlin Howard and Anthony Repaci named Athletes of the Week, for the week ending October 6th. 

Howard, a 3rd year science student from Thunder Bay, ON, had a five-point week.  She had four assists in the Huskies 4-3 season opener win over Dalhousie and added another goal in SMU's 5-0 home opener win over UdeM.  Up next for SMU, they travel to Sackville Friday to meet MTA and are back home at the Dauphinee Centre Saturday to host UPEI at 7 p.m. 

Anthony Repaci added two goals in the Huskies 4-3 win over Dalhousie in front of a sold-out crowd at the Dauphinee Centre during Homecoming Weekend.  The 5th year Arts student from Toronto, ON, has 5 points on the season.  The Huskies travel to the Halifax forum to face the Tigers Saturday at 7 p.m.  The Friday game vs StFX in Antigonish has been rescheduled due to facility issues and will be played on October 30th.  

Both Kaitlin and Anthony, received Subway Player of the Game honors as well!
