At 6:30 left in the first period, the Huskies headed onto their second powerplay. On a point shot from Huskies defenceman Dennis Busby (Oro-Medonte, ON), Panthers goalie Capriotti made the initial save, but Huskies forward Jake Uberti (Toronto, ON) was down low to tap in the rebound, taking the lead for the Huskies 1-0.
