WOLFVILLE, NS - Despite six shots on goal, the Huskies were unable to score in a 0-0 draw against the Acadia Axemen on Friday night in Wolfville, NS.
Dylan Legere made six saves for Acadia, while Huskies goalkeeper Ryan Davis (Lake Loon, NS) made four in the draw.
The Huskies currently sit in the sixth and final playoff spot with a record of 3-4-3, good for 12 points. The Axemen record stands at 2-3-4, two points back of the Huskies for the sixth spot.
Heading into the final two weekends of AUS soccer action, only two teams have solidified their spots in the postseason, Cape Breton and STFX, with the playoff race heating up.
